Sarah [who just turned four] learned so much and so fast with Phonics Please!

Samantha Daniels

After only six 15-minute sessions, my son was able to recognize 7 of 21 consonants at only two and a half years old! The illustrations are colorful for a fun learning experience. Not only that, but each letter’s phrase is catchy and helps to create an early foundation for a strong reader. Phonics Please work!

Val Verde Unified School District Retired Teacher

In Phonics Please, the pictures of the characters serve as valuable memory devices for the names and sounds of the letters. The use of rhyme is an impressive aid for memory retention of students learning the multiple sounds of C, G, and X. By using the rhythm of language and frequent practice, students are easily able to ‘rap’ the Consonant Creatures verses and can reach a level of automaticity in using their knowledge of letters & sounds.
